RETURNS FOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT
REQUESTING CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT
To return a product to Avon either to be replaced by another product or for credit to your Avon account, you will need to complete the appropriate section
on the back page of your order form.
- If you wish to REPLACE a product with another (same product, different size, fragrance or shade) you
need to complete Section A. (You will find “reason codes” just above
- If you wish to REPLACE a product for an entirely different product (eg. you are retuning a lipstick and
want to replace it with a body spray), you will need to request a credit for the returned product and re-order the replacement
as a normal order.
- If you wish to return a product for a CREDIT (refund) to your account, complete Section B.
RETURNING PRODUCTS TO AVON
To actually RETURN THE PRODUCTS
you need to complete the white “Return Goods Form”. Place the completed
form in a bag with the product(s) you are returning, and drop off to your Team Leader when you drop your next order.
YOUR PAYMENT TO AVON
You may deduct the “your
cost” price of any item sent for credit from your payment when requesting credit.
Check the amount charged for the item on your account statement under “your cost”.
KEEP THEM SEPARATE!
Returns are never to be placed in your order envelope, nor should your order form and or payment be
placed in your bag of returns. Order Forms and returned products are sent to
different places. Combining your order form and returns in on package will result
in either your order not being processed, your payment not being received at Avon, or your credits not being
It is important you request the replacements/credits on your order form as well as completing the white “return
goods form”. Requesting the replacement/credit on your order form will
action your request, filling out the returns form simply identifies the returns as yours.
